We just completed about a one acre xeriscape transformation from grass to native plants and grasses. The end result is stunning, on budget and exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the project.

We drew up design plans late in the winter with Chris Meglens and he allowed for many revisions (without extra costs) as he took the time to learn about the native plants we liked and guided us on what would work best our yard. He patiently waited for the right time and the right weather to start the project. Once it was time to go the efficiency was amazing. Ground prep was mostly done in one day. He checked in often to make sure everything was being placed where we wanted it and continued to provide his expert opinion on the direction he felt things should go.

We have an existing irrigation system and one of the best aspects of the project was Chris’ reprogramming of our inefficient and wasteful system into a precision watering machine !!

“I highly recommend Hayvenscapes. My back yard landscaping was neglected and overgrown and I had 2 huge cottonwood stumps. They removed everything quickly and cleaned it up beautifully. My front yard is on a big slope and was poorly landscaped. Adam and Kaden worked in the miserable 100 degree temperatures and built a retaining wall to fix my erosion issues. “We have always recommended MVLM in the past, but you need to be aware of their new price change. If you live 26+ miles away then your delivery charge can be unlimited. You will be charged from the time the driver sets out to load the truck until they return. If they get lost, you pay. If they stop to eat, you pay. if they stop for a restroom break, you pay. If they take time to talk to you, you pay. I cannot find a competitor that does the same, rather everyone else I have worked with, quotes accurately this charge. So be aware. Also be aware that the standard tonnage for each category of pricing has also changed dramatically. Also unlike competitors. Beware!!!“

“Jesse and his crew did a great job on our landscape project, which was removing grass and replacing with rock and plants. And they replaced broken sprinkler system in that area. They created a river bed to mitigate water run off. What I really appreciated was Jesse's willingness to work with me and our special requests. He had great suggestions and knew what he was talking about.“
