“Lockwood Landscape Designs is a professional company with a personal touch. Several years ago I contacted Sharon Lockwood for a full landscape design (both front and back yards). My goal was to have lots of interesting perennials and very little lawn. Sharon came up with a wonderful design that incorporated some interesting hardscape as well as many unusual plants. This past Spring I asked Sharon and Courtney for a redesign so that a tree could be incorporated into the front yard and new plants for the backyard in the area where a very large Elm tree had been taken down. Once again I was presented with a lovely design which was implemented a few months ago. My yard is gorgeous, and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend Lockwood Landscape Designs!“

“I was looking for someone to put in sod in our backyard. Josh replied to me quickly and provided me with a quote. The quote was a little out of my budget but Josh worked with me so that I could afford to do my back yard. I was scheduled for Saturday and my sod was delivered Friday morning. I sent Josh a text letting him know that the sod had arrived. He quickly responded and asked if he could come and take a look. Josh and his crew were here within 5 minutes and they were able to do the job that same day! They were fast, friendly, and very professional. Our yard looks amazing as well. “Guillermo and his team have been helping me with my yard for the last couple of years. Last year they helped me design and did the install for a riverbed rock design in my backyard. I’ve been trying to eliminate grass and they have helped me come up with ideas. I replaced almost all of my mulch with stone last year. They do a great job at spring and fall cleanup as well. Super reliable, really friendly and responsive. You can trust Guillermo to be fair and honest. If you have any issues at all, he will make it right. I plan on continuing to work with them on several other projects.“

“This is a glowing review for Meglens Waterwise Landscaping and if you are considering hiring Chris and his team for your project you can stop reading and go ahead and book him for your project.

We just completed about a one acre xeriscape transformation from grass to native plants and grasses. The end result is stunning, on budget and exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the project.

We drew up design plans late in the winter with Chris Meglens and he allowed for many revisions (without extra costs) as he took the time to learn about the native plants we liked and guided us on what would work best our yard. He patiently waited for the right time and the right weather to start the project. Once it was time to go the efficiency was amazing. Ground prep was mostly done in one day. He checked in often to make sure everything was being placed where we wanted it and continued to provide his expert opinion on the direction he felt things should go.

We have an existing irrigation system and one of the best aspects of the project was Chris’ reprogramming of our inefficient and wasteful system into a precision watering machine !!

Meglens Waterwise Landscaping is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with in terms of price, responsiveness, and quality of work. I give them the highest recommendation I can give a company in all aspects of their scope of work. The work crew was very skilled and professional. They went above and beyond in the work and make significant improvements to the previous approach in construction.
