Called then when my furnace blower quit working at 8A.M. The receptionist was very kind and super helpful. I was informed that she would get the work order processed, and somebody from the crew would be calling me to figure out a plan of attack. At 8:09A.M. I received a call f4om a crew member asking what exactly had happened or, in this case, wasn't happening, and I explained the situation. They said they would be out on a while to check it out. At 8:32A.M. a C&L work van pulled into my driveway, and they got to work. At 9:12A.M. they came to ti me and showed me the part that had gone out. Great service! They installed our new AC in a timely manner. Very professional and cost effective. Always available when problems arise, and works hard to repair existing parts to help save money! Definitely recommend C&L for all your HVAC and plumbing needs!
