“Called then when my furnace blower quit working at 8A.M. The receptionist was very kind and super helpful. I was informed that she would get the work order processed, and somebody from the crew would be calling me to figure out a plan of attack. At 8:09A.M. I received a call f4om a crew member asking what exactly had happened or, in this case, wasn't happening, and I explained the situation. They said they would be out on a while to check it out. At 8:32A.M. a C&L work van pulled into my driveway, and they got to work. At 9:12A.M. they came to ti me and showed me the part that had gone out. After he explained that, he asked where my thermostat was, and I showed him. It fired right up and blew nixe and toasty air. At 9:21A.M i shook their hands, and they pulled off with their task completed and a happy customer nice and cozy once again. To sum it up, they're kind, courteous, professional, and extremely quick! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any kind of heat and air work done. I'll be using them if I need this kind of work again. Thanks guys,you did one hell of a great job!“
