great, honest ac repair company! we’ve been using them for annual hvac maintenance for a long time, and they always do an excellent job keeping our system running well. This week our air conditioner stopped cooling, so we called and cameron quickly arranged for the service team to come out and get everything working again. After checking the system, they found the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. I highly recommend this HVAC company. After we got back from a trip, the house was very cold because the furnace was not heating correctly. I called the next day, and Cameron came out that afternoon to run a full diagnostic and replace the igniter. When a small heating issue continued, he returned the following day, checked the system again, and found a sensor that also needed replacement. Cameron was easy to work with, explained the furnace repair clearly, and made sure the heating system was running safely and efficiently. Now the house is warm, the airflow feels consistent, and the furnace is working great.
This review is long overdue. When we moved into our home, we inherited the HVAC system and were told to try Unified Hvac Service. From the start, they have been professional, punctual, efficient, and very helpful with our furnace and heating system. We first called about replacing an old thermostat because the one in the house was outdated. The system uses a heat pump with AC, and later during the winter, the home was not holding a comfortable temperature.
