I am a local GC out of Englewood, I have know the owners of the Skyyguard for a number of years and they stand behind their work. They are attentive and care about each customer. I heard of a scam going around that someone is falsely portraying themselves as Skyyguard, and contacting home owners for inspections. Please know this is not their firm and is a complete scam. Skyyguard is a high integrity company and treats each customers with respect.
I live in a small west Texas town that was hit severely with a bad storm that caused a lot of damage to business and homes mine included. I contacted my insurance who sent their own Adjuster who of course is not on my side gave me a very bad damage estimate at which time I was informed that my roof was not covered (cosmetic) which I at the time of signing up with them had made my self clear that I wanted my home covered 100%. I immediately contacted my insurance and they said that my roof was not covered and the fight and nightmare began. Unfortunately, like many consumers....I had a bad roofing job with a local roofer. Like any responsible consumer, I had done my research (references, licenses, etc.) ; however, they took every shortcut imaginable including endangering the lives of my family. BUT then I made the call to Skyyguard after researching them online. They were immediately responsive to my needs and have fixed those mistakes done by the previous roofer.
