    I’ve been working out at Fortitude for a few months and love it. I’m doing more high intensity and mobility stuff than ever before, and hit a powerlifting PR as well. It’s a very welcoming and fun environment.

    Stephanie is amazing. She is welcoming, thoughtful, kind, and genuinely wants to see you succeed. There is nothing like having someone on your team who can not only coach you through safe movement but is in your corner, cheering you on every step of the way. Stephanie has been with me for some of my biggest accomplishments this past year (like finding out I can actually do box jumps, talking me through hand stand pushups, and helping me figure out just how strong I really am). I cannot recommend her enough. You definitely want her on your team too.

    Coach Steph is personable, attentive, and passionate. She is great at meeting you where ever you are in your fitness journey and giving you manageable steps to improve everyday. I'm working with her to learn some new gymnasitc skills (which is very scary) but she breaks the skills down into bite size peices and after working with her for just 90mins, I came away with a ton of confidence in myself and some drills that are effective and easy to implement.
