Dropped in here while traveling and what an awesome box! The community was super welcoming and treated me like one of their own. The equipment is well maintained, including an outdoor rig, turf field, and sauna! They also follow Mayhem programming which is always solid. I'll definitely be back anytime I'm in the area!

This gym is amazing!! Having recently opened all the equipment is really high quality and has very little to no wear and tear. But the main reason this place is awesome is because of the community! The owners truly care about each and every member and invest time getting to know them. The coaches are extremely supportive and motivating whether you have been doing CrossFit for years or have never worked out before. They will take the time to insure that you are comfortable and confident in all of the movements before ever throwing you into the fire and if you are struggling with certain movements they are very helpful with coming up with ways to build that foundation!...read full review

One of the best if not best CrossFit gyms I have been to. Top of the line equipment for all your CrossFit needs. Amazing coaches who are attentive and care. And a very warm and friendly atmosphere! Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel like I was right at home!
