I joined CrossFit to learn the appropriate and safe way to work out as I navigate the changes that accompany middle age. Matt and his staff are passionate about what they do, are genuine in their concern for my safety, and are enthusiastic about embracing fitness. I feel like they know my specific strengths and weaknesses and are invested in my success.
Wish I had joined a long time ago! The coaches are very personable and bother to learn all the athletes' names and skills. The workouts are a ton of fun and challenging. Coaches go out of their way to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout and staying safe all while still improving. Love coming to classes and not having to think about what to do. Best, most effective hour of my day!Totally understand why CrossFitters talk about CrossFit so much now. ;)
Widespread Fitness is AMAZING! Coach Matt is so in tune with the body and what works for you. I can't praise this place enough and am so excited to be getting stronger with their expertise. ❤️
