The JRG contract was provided for the replacement material and included upgrade options for better hail resistance with thorough explanations. Miriz Banut the production manager emailed me status reports through out the entire scheduling process. Tyler Sharp was the on site JRG representative before and during the actual shingle removal and installation of the new roof. He is a top quality professional that was a pleasure to work with.
