Bravo made the perfect landing when I needed my water heater replaced!! Les was on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A text was sent to my phone, and when Les arrived on time (even earlier actually), I knew it was Les because his photo identification was also included on the phone text! Les, from the very first call to the completed installation, showed me what a respectable and honorable business: Bravo Initiative, really means in today’s world. After taking a shower at 5:30 pm on a Saturday my old shower faucet would not turn off—it kept running with the hot water on. I tried to fix it but only made it worse. I turned off the house water line and called Bravo. I was feeling desperate because we had guests staying at our house and they would be back home in an hour. It was after hours but Les got to my house quickly and rebuilt the insides of the faucet and had it working like new before our guests arrived. He was friendly and professional and saved the day!
Carlos quickly understood why the basement drain backed up and provided helpful tips to keep from having it happen again. He serviced the drain and provided price of mind that the problem was resolved.
