They squeezed him into their schedule at the last minute and everyone (from the vet, to vet techs, to front desk staff) was very patient, helpful, and compassionate. Dr. Julien sent me home with a bunch of helpful home care information after the visit (helpful because it was a lot of information to absorb in the moment!) and explained everything very well.
