I had an absolutely incredible experience at Mend! I was immediately welcomed into a comfortable atmosphere and I could tell that Chelsea had thoughtfully put together such a calming, relaxing space. She explained everything thoroughly and I felt as though she had answers to questions I hadn't even asked yet! I felt like my massage was as restorative as it was educational. I came in with a sore lower back and Chelsea helped make me feel close to normal as I had felt in weeks! The warm stones and the suction cups were also a lovely surprise.
