I have never had a massage before, and I was not well versed in what care I needed for my body! But after having some aches in my neck and shoulders, a massage was the best thing to do! Jamie did an amazing job, and I will be making this part of my routine!

I had a great prenatal massage at the end of my 2nd trimester. The room was very relaxing, cozy and comfortable. Jamie did a great job releasing a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back and always made sure to check if I was comfortable. I highly recommend this spot!

I really enjoyed my Body/Emotion Code appointment. I went in feeling heavy and unable to speak without crying. I left feeling lighter and able to do my day to day things I had been struggling with. I feel more focused. I really appreciate how professional and caring Jamie was during my appointment. I will definitely be back.
