Wonderful massage. If you’re pregnant, I highly recommend the prenatal massage. The pregnant pillows for your belly to go in are actually so comfortable. I’ve tried another place for prenatal and it was very uncomfortable. I felt like I got a high quality massage even with my pregnancy! Autumn really pays attention to my body and has great advice to even out my muscle strains. Lastly, I love the option to add aromatherapy scents!

I've had a great experience here so far. I have had pre natal massages completed by Amber and Gail and both are wonderful. I've been super happy with my experiences here and definitely plan to continue going here for post natal massages.

The office was very welcoming. Tracy was wonderful! She really listened to my needs and tailored the massage to what I needed. Pressure and communication were very good! I will be back!

Welcome. So glad you found us! We believe in the body and mind’s natural ability to heal – if given the right tools and support. We are a fully integrated practice of massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage and trauma touch therapies as well as meditation, yoga, health coaching and wellness classes. We help to ease pain, stress, anxiety and trauma both physically and emotionally. Perhaps you need relief from an injury or balancing of the nervous system; or support for a pregnancy or recovery from surgery. No matter the reason, you found us and we are happy to help.
