This is a review of FRTC's psilocybin therapy program. I had my first session last week, and I highly recommend it. The intake process was thorough and thoughtful. I felt at ease by the day of the actual session. The environment was welcoming and peaceful, my main therapist and his alternate were knowledgeable and professional and my experience was tailored to my needs. I got a lot more out of it in a safer setting than if I'd attempted to self-administer. The best review is a repeat customer. I've signed up for another session.
The therapists here are compassionate and they actually care about their clients. This is the place to go if you want meaningful change, and are willing to put in the work for it. I will say, though, my therapist was super super patient with me when I went in and out of seasons of wanting to work and being less willing to work. He met me where I was, knowing when I needed a push toward growth and when I needed him to simply sit with me and offer support.

In late 2023, I began working with the team at FRTC with the intention of participating in both group and individual dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) sessions. I found the methods and philosophy of therapy practiced at FRTC were genuinely transformative. Engaging in DBT has resulted in a deep and lasting change in the way I relate to myself and to those around me, and the skills and insights gained through this program have fundamentally altered my emotional and life perspectives.
