Michelle Williams is fantastic. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I’m a low maintenance gal that always feels a little out of her element in hair salons but Michelle made me feel right at home. Admittedly, I usually only get one or two haircuts a year but the scalp massage alone has convinced me to come in more often. I love my haircut and am thrilled to have found such a great stylist in the Grand Valley.
I have been a customer for nearly a decade. I have my hair done weekly and my nails every two weeks. My nail tech,Kelly is amazing. She is a perfectionist and I have never left with a bad gel treatment. She’s also very personable. I have broken a few nails but Kelly is always willing to make time for a repair! My hairdresser is Trish and there aren’t enough complimentary words to describe her and her talent. She is the only hairdresser I have ever had that did my hair exactly as I like it. AMAZINGGGG!! I was with a level 3 stylist named Bailey, and she did my hair beautifully. I came in with uneven layers and in no time at all she fixed them and styled my hair exactly like I wanted it. I payed $48 in total for a wash, cut, and styling which is incredibly affordable for me, I was amazed. Service was excellent all around and I will be returning!!
