Tina was an absolute angel. She was such a huge help when deciding on a pair of sunglasses that suited me well. As well as she saved me from wasting $130 on some ray bans I had bought online by fixing them to fit my face because they were WAY too big on me to begin with.
Roxanne assisted my elderly parents this evening with selecting and getting fitted for glasses. She was SO kind and patient with them. My father is very hard of hearing, so communicating with him is challenging, but Roxanne maintained a caring and professional demeanor then entire time she worked with them (close to 90 minutes).
