Went here for the first time today and everything from talking on the phone to in person service was absolutely lovely and pleasant!! We appreciated the liveliness and hospitality from all the staff members!!
I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is friendly and good at what they do. I did have to get re-examined a couple of years ago because the first Rx looked funny after glasses arrived. They got me in quickly for another exam and the optician dialed back a change in my Rx and the second pair were perfect. I appreciate how well they handled this little issue. I would recommend going here. They remodeled the inside and the layout is better than before too.
The doctor was very professional and explained everything as the exam went on when I asked; even what the machines were specifically for. I'm waiting on lens, but I went yesterday. The test for what lens I'd wear, I have never seen so clear before. Excited to get my glasses soon, thank you! Picture is the frames I picked out.
