They don’t just “treat” my puppy Maverick — they absolutely love and spoil him every time we walk through the door. 🐾💙 As a full-on helicopter dog dad 😅 (with some PTSD from losing my last dog, Diego), I ask a lot of questions and worry more than most. The team here never judges me. They’re patient, kind, and genuinely understanding of what I’ve been through. That compassion means everything. Maverick just came home from a visit today, and thanks to them, he’s safe, cared for, and healing — even if he hates the “rest” part 🤣. We had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Lemmon, Darcy, and Machenna. Our German Shepherd can be a bit intimidating at first, but the team walked in with calm confidence and immediately gained his trust. They were incredibly attentive to his emotional needs and made his comfort and sense of safety a top priority. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. He was treated with such kindness and even got a little treat of baby food—his version of a lollipop—for being a good patient. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team without hesitation. I also want to give Elizabeth so many thanks for scheduling us so quickly. Every one in the practice has an obvious affinity for animals❤️
my 12 year old jack russell became very sick the 3rd of July. My vet could not see her and recommended Sky Canyon. I was given a late appointment but did not feel rushed by staff or Dr. Thad. The results were what I feared and we had to put her down that night. The quality and kindness I found was overwhelming. It also made me think after what they found that she was probably suffering from what was going on rather than what my vet kept testing and expensing me for for over a year. not saying they were negligent, but vet medicine is not clear cut. In my mind the result would have been the same. HOWEVER - the kindness I was shown during this very difficult decision and loss was something I will never forget. NO doubt I probably have found a new vet when I'm ready to have a new baby
