What a gem of a vet! I am so grateful to have found this team of thoughtful professionals. We had been road tripping across the west for two weeks when my 13-year old dog started having issues. When things didn’t improve, I called around town for help and they graciously fit us into their already crammed schedule before the upcoming holiday.Every step of the way, it was clear each team member was doing all they could to help us - from the initial booking call, to the check in, to Josh’s thorough intake, to the chat with the vet. I can’t say enough about this place.Our vet was closed on a Friday and our sweet Tramp of 10 years was exhausted from fighting so hard for a few more days with us. I called in the morning to see if they could see him later that evening when we could all be there with him. Despite a booked schedule, they made it happen.They respected our wishes of us all being in the room with Tramp and showed true compassion for all of us. This was the hardest thing our family has ever had to do, and they made it as comfortable as they possibly could’ve. Even sending a card the following week with personal hand written messages from their staff.Thank you Monument View Veterinary Clinic.

Due to an incomplete diagnosis of my dog at my regular vet.I had to take her to Monument View for an emergency visit. Turns out she had a mass that had ruptured and was bleeding internally. In the end we had to put her to sleep. The vet and staff were so tactful and kind. Giving me all the information and options allowing me to come to the proper conclusion myself. Gently easing her passing. Wonderful people!
