Ryar and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. As an out of towner, I was worried I'd be taken for a ride, but I should've been more worried about that with the national bank chain I've been with for 12 years it seems like, because Ryar and his team beat them out of the gate on closing costs AND interest rate.
