Restoration 1 was the first to respond to an email I had sent to a few places. This rates high on my list of importance. He came out did an estimate and was informative through the entire process. Communication was spot on. When the guys came to my house they were respectful and professional. Hope I never need to use them again, but in the event of something happening he will be my first call.
