I liked Tanner and was pleased he was assigned to work on my rental houses', swamp cooler. He was honest with me which I appreciate. I think the membership is overpriced and I understand, does not include my hot water heater . That will be an additional fee.
Overall, I was pleased with him.
Wondering if my membership includes my home in Montrose?
Update (May 2026): I recently used their service again, and Tanner and Luke did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and I am very happy with the service. It's great to see the company continues to provide the same high level of customer care years later.
Roger explained what they were changing and what setting to put on the new water heater. We had some difficulty getting the old water heater out of my basement, but Roger and his helper made it happen and it was done safely. Roger was friendly and very knowledgeable.
