What a pleasant surprise to be able to call a health professional for important information and to speak immediately with a friendly professional human! I was trying to find out procedures for getting supplemental oxygen, and Jessica, who answered the phone was able to give me all the general directions I needed. She either knew the answers or knew who to contact to get them. When I called back later in the process, I spoke with Bekah, another friendly and helpful professional, who walked me through the next steps, from what was required from the doctor to what the insurance company would need. I have had nothing but exceptional service from Preferred Homecare. Recently my oxygen machine quit working. They responded very promptly and brought me a new machine.
