I have had to deal with g&g medical on three different occasions. The first one was when they me help get a bariatric walker. The next two was concerning my breathing air machine. All three were great experiences. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank y'all so much. I appreciate all y'all.
Customer service doesn't exist. I call on a Thursday to have my husband's concentrator serviced. They said they would be out that Friday. No time given because of busy driver schedule. We waited all day, plus I had to make arrangements to leave my husband for a couple of hours. Finally, at 4:30 I called. I was told that we weren't on the schedule because we owed $24.00 which we already paid. The person I dealt with was on the offensive from the get go, which put me on the offensive. She really didn't care. Was royally snide. I finally ended up swearing which I don't do. She said I could talk to the person that messed it up and she disconnected me. The guy that got me set up with cpap was great! Good job Aaron!! he has passion, and expertise! Great customer service always. G and g is the best place for your cpap or medical needs!!
