As a systems analyst I often need to reach out to NU when at a customer site. I have always found NU Staff to be Knowledgeable and quick to answer when calling their help desk. Ticket turnaround time and communication are both on point. Love it when a client says they are using NU when I need more info or for a task that requires a. Network Admin to complete. Other than having an on-premises IT person on the payroll, I can think of no better option.
