Spencer with Mr. Sandless originally took care of our floors with the sandless option....it looked great, unfortunately my dog got on the floor shortly after the job was done leaving marks on the newly shined floor. Spencer was great, he came back 2 weeks later and fixed all the marks the dog left. Seems like he went above and beyond. Thank you!

Beautiful! A previous homeowner had laid ceramic tile on hardwood. They were able to get the residue off (we did demo prior) and refinish it so that you could never tell it had tile on it. Very pleased. Job well done.
