Established in 1988, PrimeHealth+ (formerly MarillacHealth) offers our patients a “healthcare home,” a place where they can come for ALL their healthcare needs. PrimeHealth+ accepts Medicaid, Medicare, uninsured and commercial insurance. A sliding scale discount program is available to anyone and is based on family income and household size. We provide a wide scope of primary health care services to all Mesa County residents regardless of income or insurance status, including medical, dental, and behavioral health services for ALL AGES. PrimeHealth+ patients have access to a pharmacy inside our 6th Street location, and the 6th Street location is now open on Saturdays for regular appointments and acute needs.
