The office and medical staff were very professional and truly cared about the recent loss of my wife. The practice even sent a sympathy card to me after having to reschedule my appointment due to wife being hospitalized before her passing away.

I was very pleased with my initial consultation on July 20th. However as of August 22nd, I have not received any follow up care to include prescriptions. There seems to be a communication break between this office and the Grand Junction VA pharmacy. I have felt uninformed about this whole process. Very frustrating. Rating of 4 stars for Hanna but not so much for follow up care.
