Perhaps I caught them on an off-day, but this is one of the worst medical experiences I've had and I would advise anyone to steer clear of this office - and in particular Dr. Ingersoll. Lack of patient care, lack of patience, lack of anything you might want in a dermatologist who actually CARES about patients and wants to hear and understand what's going on.
I'd driven over an hour for an afternoon appointment at the Grand Junction clinic only to learn that a scheduling glitch had it for the Basalt location. With little hesitation, the folks in reception said they'd work me in. I waited only 20 minutes and caught up on email. Gina warmly escorted me in, and I received a thorough head-to-toe inspection of the spots that plague this pasty white hide. Dr. Bri and Gina has a wonderful bedside manner. I received a clean bill of health, and look forward to annual check-ups.
My Dr. Brianne Harper, is an amazing Doctor. It’s so hard to find a doctor that listens and understands you. Dr. Harper makes me feel comfortable and goes over and beyond. Epiphany Dermatology and it’s employee’s are the best. I recommend Epiphany Dermatology to anyone that feels they’re not getting heard or understood by their current doctor. You will not regret it. If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you for making me feel understood ?
