“We have been extremely pleased with both the treatment regimen and office service with Dr Kirkegaard. Our son had a pre-acne dermatitis, which was mis-diagnosed by a previous dermatology clinic (not confident an actual doctor even worked there). A family member recommended Dr Kirkegaard, so we went in to see him. He immediately knew what the problem was, and as he had an intern assisting, asked her to go get the textbook so she could compare the presented problem with what was in the book - it was a spot-on match. Dr. Kirkegaard gave us a prescription, and within a few days there was significant improvement. After a couple weeks, the affected area was completely clear. At the appointment, Dr Kirkegaard was attentive to our son's questions and very thorough.Also, in response to the "other" review - if there was a problem with a staff member, well sure I guess you can criticize - but for us, RESULTS are what matter, and Dr Kirkegaard got us results! Plus, he was great to deal with, and we had no problems with the front office staff.Finally, note that you can get in with at least a couple dermatology clinics with minimal wait. However, to see Dr Kirkegaard is about a 60 day wait for appointment availability. Not ideal, but one has to wonder why he's in such high demand...perhaps it's because he knows what he's doing...? Hmmm...“
