Dan showed up at the end of the day on short notice and stayed late to make sure we had hot water. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Would highly recommend him. We have always had great results with Haining.

The service man was very polite and did a good job. I'm looking forward to belonging to the comfort club where I can obtain help quickly. Update 4-28-26: I'm still a member of the comfort club and I have benefitted from this multiple times. Update 5-14-26 My old swamp cooler is acting up again, another panel blew off ( I live in a high wind area) and it wasn't working correctly. Darien brought a new panel and made it fit and viola cool air. What a relief. Good job Darien ???

5 star review for Haining Home Services Heating & Cooling. Called for regular maintenance on the AC units. Lucas Strickland was on time, professional, kind, very knowledgeable & so thorough. I have a home with 2 heating & AC units. He was able to diagnose any issues to include finding a ginormous wasps nest in the second AC unit. Cleaned and maintenance both AC units to include bringing his own hose even though I offered that mine was already hooked up and long enough to reach the second AC unit. I even had my own ladder and offered to let him use it and he politely declined and used all his company’s equipment. He also showed me before and after photos... read full review
