I called Haining for my air conditiong issue and Lucas was there in a flash, even though it was late in the day! Lisa in the office is an excellent asset as well! She answers the phone within seconds!!... it's hard to beat that kind of service!! Fast and reliable!! As a follow-up to this, their team replaced my HVAC system yesterday.. No glitches, friendly technicians...first class all the way!!
We had an a/c emergency, a phone call to Haining at 7:30am and they were able to get our unit replaced and have us up and running that day. They were extremely professional and clearly explained all our options to us, top notch customer service, would highly recommend.
When I came home from work my house was very warm. I checked the thermostat (Nest) and saw it was not working. Haining sent a guy over within the hour to replace the unit. Nobody wants to be without air in August. Other places I called couldn't come over until next week. Thank you Haining for caring enough to get my air up and going so quickly.
