Crossroads Downtown is the best gym. I have never been more comfortable in a gym, Pat and Sierra are always there to help, answer questions and provide support. There is nothing better than going to the gym and being greeted by name and with a smile. Pat has the best attitude and makes you feel so welcome. I have been training with Sierra since 2020 and she always makes the workout fun and supportive of my goals. Thank you Crossroads!!!

Crossroads Fitness Downtown is great, and I adore Pat - he’s the absolute best! Everyone is nice, and I always feel comfortable working out here. The downtown location is small but mighty, with everything you need - from cardio machines to free weights to weight machines to space for stretching. There are also fitness classes like yoga, Pilates, and more. Parking is easy, and the bathroom is stocked with essentials like razors, blow dryers, Q-tips, etc. Highly recommend!

The facilities are well maintained and include added amenities that remind members of how pampered they really are. As retired medical professionals we understand that a key component...read full review
