Mary Lou, Zane and the whole team was amazing! They created an amazing catering experience for our wedding, and tasting trial beforehand! My husband is a huge brisket guy, and they exceeded our expectations. I wish I had more photos of the wonderful spread, but hopefully they snagged a few photos! Everyone spoke so highly of the experience and food. I’m so thankful for all that they did to make my wedding fabulous.

We used Cowboy and the Rose Catering for a rehearsal brunch and our wedding in July of 2024. The food was incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and the staff was amazing to work with. We had guests with food allergies and they made sure every need was met.

Spoke to a very kind woman over the phone. Though, Cowboy & the Rose are not available to cater my wedding date, I appreciate her kindness and eagerness to point us in the direction to get a list of available vendors. Very professional and customer service is 1000%.
