I recently hired Canyon to do some commercial office work and pick up where another electrical contractor left off. WOW. I was in a very interesting position to be able to evaluate two contractors side by side since we had one that had finished their work, and I chose not to continue working with them due to price and how long it was taking them to get things done. Canyon Electric blew me away. They had 2 wall packs, new switches, new outlets installed in just a couple of short hours. The other side of the wall was done (3 packs) by the other company and it took them an entire day from dawn to dusk. The Canyon Electricians used polite language and were very professional. I didn't have to worry at all about having them around my customers. Their billing was extremely fair and it was prompt - they had a ticket ready for me before they even left. They are also very safety conscious and made recommendations to me about other things I should be looking at. I highly recommend them. Update 7/17/19: We had a problem with some lights they had worked near to, and I called the manager and told him that I knew both him and the roofing company were both working in the same area, so I wasn't sure if the problem was due to their issue or the roofer. No questions asked they came straight out and almost immediately diagnosed the problem to be from a 5" roofing screw that had cut an electrical line. They took a picture of the issue, brought down the wire, and documented everything clearly so that I could show the roofing contractor and get reimbursement. I am really impressed.
