I can’t say enough good thing about this company. We highly recommend them. They where punctual, efficient and helpful. The customer service is great. We had them hook up the electrical to our new AC and then had them come out another time to help us in our older house with some outlet trouble. 10 out of 10!

I needed to have a control module replacement on our Master Cool unit .I called and spoke to Tiffany Early Thursday am. She was very professional, efficient and expedited the process immediately. !!Within a few hours she had Scott call me and verify what needed to be done . Scott scheduled John to be here Monday @ 12:00 , noon . Pending the module ( Special order) to arrive on Saturday.. Control module was ordered. Arrived on time . .John called before 12:00 , arrived approximately 11:30. ( 1/2 hour early) . John was very professional, coordual, and efficientI've used Barnes Electric since around 1990. I had an emergency situation. I called a few companies and they couldn't get anyone out to my house for over 2 months! I called Barnes and they were as concerned about my situation as I was and had a technician out within 30 minutes! He was super-efficient and clearly described what the problem was and how he fixed it. I am shocked at how reasonable the bill was! I am a forever customer of this awesome company. Thank you, Barnes Electric for understanding the urgency of my call and responding so quickly.
