The care & efficiency of the office was wonderful. As a new patient, I would have given a 5 except that I made my appt 5 months in advance, was very specific about the hygienist & dentist I wished to see based on family member favorite. My hygienist request was not honored unbeknownst to me until arrival. While I was satisfied with the hygienist I did see, I was disappointed my specific request was not honored, even though the scheduling did reflect my request.

I have significant dental anxiety and have even worked with a therapist to try to overcome my fear of the dentist. This is the first dental office where I’ve truly felt understood. They took the time to explain everything, checked in with me throughout my appointment, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible every step of the way.
I left feeling supported instead of ashamed, and that made all the difference. For the first time in a very long time, I actually feel like I can move forward with the dental care I’ve been putting off.
