Made contact with Shannon after hours on a weekend with little expectation of a return call, Was pleasantly surprised when he picked up and after a few minutes of conversation he was on his way and was immediately able to solve my lockout situation. Shannon arrived within a ten-minute-flash, rescuing groceries trapped in a hot car from spoiling. It took less than five minutes for him to gently open the door for us to retrieve the dropped key fob. The charge was astoundingly low with friendly, personable, professional service!
