Absolutely amazing! John Hansen did straight up magic to some very painful ribs and neck of mine. He also gave me some stretches to try as well. I was very impressed! I’ll absolutely be back!

I've been a regular with Joshua J for over six months now. He's incredible. I am an ultra runner and need regular massages to stay healthy. I've seen a number of massage therapists looking for the right fit and finally found Joshua! He's gotten to know my particular issues and intuitively fixes them before I know that they're even a problem. Could not recommend Joshua more strongly.

If you're looking to prioritize recovery, can't recommend booking a combination stretch / massage with Josh. A 30-minute stretch session was a perfect starting point to fully relax and maximize the benefits of the following 60-minute massage. I've typically used massage more for relaxation or deep tissue work, but using this stretch/massage protocol as part of my recovery routine has made a big difference in maximizing my range of motion, and overall making movement feel less sticky. Highly recommend!
