Steve did a quick rehab on our sewing machine and even gave a little tutorial for my daughter and I. We have been sewing Barbie clothes and bell bottom jeans non stop. Thanks Steve
Tony is one of THE most knowledgeable and talented repairmen that I've had the good fortune to meet. Rarely are there people who know their business like him. He has an inventory that has saved me from having to buy a new vacuum or sewing machine or whatever by supplying the perfect part for it. It was at a more than fair price and available in short order. He is THE MAN!
A Rare Gem of Customer Service! I recently worked with Steve at Sew Vac World in Golden, and I can honestly say he is a rare find in today's world. He is a true experienced professional and a master of his craft who connects incredibly well with his customers. After calling and visiting several other vacuum dealers in the Denver area, not a single one came close to matching Steve's passion, energy, knowledge, or level of service.
