The monthly Holotropic sessions led by Avigail are incredible. Avigail is a compassionate and engaging guide through the deepest recesses of the self as she encourages each participant to stay with the process and do the work to come out on the other side more aware and ready for more self-discovery. The safe and comfortable environment of the Rise studio helps tremendously.

I visited for this studio for the first time for a group holotropic breathwork session with Avigail, and it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable, I'll definitely be back in the future!
