My foot was getting progressively stiffer after a few months post surgery. They helped me learn some massage, stretching, and strength exercises to move me forward. They also were aware and supportive of the emotional piece recovering from surgery and wanting to get back to being active. They were a good reminder that healing doesn't happen overnight.
