I started seeing Jessie during pregnancy and have continued to work with her in the postpartum period. She has been fantastic! She has worked with me to reintroduce movement and exercise in a safe and paced way and has provided invaluable instruction on how to battle the aches and pains associated with postpartum/caring for a new baby. She has great bedside manner and is so fun to chat with during our appointments. I'd recommend her services to anyone!

Jessie is incredible!! I was having pelvic pain in my second pregnancy and she had wonderful recommendations that allowed me to maintain a modified exercise routine throughout. Her guidance was also fantastic through the postpartum period; I’m feeling back on track and fully recovered. It’s also a genuine pleasure to be in her company and spend our appointments chatting away. I valued her knowledge and professionalism - can’t recommend her enough to all my pregnant mama friends!

Dr. Jessie Flammer is a thoughtful professional and caring practitioner of the highest order. When my urologist prescribed pelvic floor PT for my persistent penile pain, I had no idea this solution would actualize as the definitive answer to easing my troubles. I've been seeing Dr. Flammer off and on for five years and she has empowered me to understand my symptoms and relieve my pain through pelvic floor massage, breathing exercises (most important), and dry needling therapy. I felt relief after one visit and continue to see Dr. Flammer whenever necessary. She's an ace.
