I filled out my direct deposit form, however, when I never got my check deposited, I made an inquiry and Hershe with PayReel told me that my check was being sent to me. Hershe also told me that I never filled out the DD form when I know I had. Seriously?? Who leaves out the PAYMENT part of the deal?? Who, in 2025, waits on a check?? A huge inconvenience since I signed up for DD, expecting my payment way sooner and had to wait for a check. Honestly, when I read other reviews about this company, it looks like they have done the same to them.

I’m very frustrated with Payreel’s payment process. Despite having my direct deposit form accepted and clearly visible on my profile, I was expecting my payment today via direct deposit but instead was informed that a paper check was sent whenever I called their customer service line to see where my payment was. paper checks can take weeks to finally get, and this delay is causing me significant inconvenience. I have bills that need to be paid today, and waiting for a paper check, which takes much longer to arrive, is unacceptable.
