We are new to ATBS in 2024. We had the same tax account for 20+ years and he suddenly passed. ATBS stepped up to plate and guided us through this process. Glen Norblom is amazing. We feel very fortunate that he is on our account. As recently as this week he is helping us navigate through some items. We were used to sitting down in face to face meetings on our taxes. This is our first experience doing business and personal taxes remote. It went off without a hitch. Glen did a great job explaining the process and who does what task. The legal team is awesome. Charlotte and Veronica bug me when i need to take time to get stuff done even working on weekends to get it done. They leave me alone when i ask them too and respect that i get quite busy during their working hours and dont have a lot of times during the day to safely answer their calls due to hauling oversize loads every week. I feel like they do great work and generally care about me as a person and customer.
