Monarch is professional and very easy to deal with. I called the morning after a hail storm to have my roof inspected and my project manager Christopher Ball was at my home before 8am to do the inspection. Christopher was there every step of the way. He handled the inspection with the insurance adjuster and was present the day the new roof was put on, even helping the crew open the ceiling for a new skylight we decided to have put in. I would highly recommend Monarch Construction and Roofing for any project that needs to be done.
Kenny Benton was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He worked with my insurance company, met with them everytime they were out to assess the property, and kept up negotiations with them so everything was covered, reducing my out of pocket. He is timely with his communication and customized my customer service. He even helped fill out my HOA request as he knew what they were really asking for. It was a great experience getting my new roof, gutters and house painted.
Monarch was easy to work with and provided great service. Kenny and his team worked with us every step of the way. We never had a roof replaced before So I was nervous about how it worked, but Kenny made it easy and answered all of my questions. The workers that installed the roof and gutters were polite and very hard working. Definitely a great expierence all the way around.
