Bob was so knowledgeable and helpful! He even gave me tips on how to handle cleanup on my own if my cat pees on the carpet again in the future.
He also was able to come out within a couple of days because I had company coming soon. Overall great experience.
The chemdry PURT really is the best thing out there for cat pee removal. It’s so worth getting removed professionally with the PURT to avoid the repeated behavior and stress that causes me as a pet owner.
I’ll definitely be using ChemDry again

A quality service we have used again this week. Bob is a true professional who knows his craft and is proficient. Excellent cleaning, prompt service. I appreciate he is straightforward in writing out a full description of the carpets he will clean and the cost of each. He does not push to up-sell! He is also an interesting conversationalist! He fully deserves a five star rating.

Great job, Bob on carpets and sofa! It had been awhile, and I estimated square ft. He corrected, which lowered price for both. I live in a condo, too hard to access the truck he brought, so he went home, got the other equipment, and came back to do the job! Who does that these days? Affordable, Quality work. Highly recommend! Golden/ Lakewood.
