I called for an inspection because I had some concerns about my roof and Nate Letts came out within a day-I was surprised with speed, efficiency, thoroughness, level of knowledge and incredible professionalism. Nate created a detailed report for me to send the insurance company so that I could get credit for having a Class 4 roof. All at no cost!!! There is no doubt I would choose them for a new roof and give their name to friends needing a new roof. I wish Nate and J&K could give customer service lessons to all of the industries that we deal with on a day to day basis-our happiness level as community would be 10/10! My project manager, Dennis Benoit keep me updated on every step of the process. His crew was fast and efficient. I had ZERO problems along the way. I highly recommend J&K Roofing!

(I am a repeat customer j&k replaced my roof in the past.) Dennis Benoit is professional, knowledgeable and proficient, he coordinated the siding replacement project from sales to completion, he was available at a moment's notice and promptly answered questions or solved problems, also checked progress frequently! Dennis is certainly an asset to the company. I highly recommend Dennis and J&k.
