I could not be more pleased with Steve and his team. Steve patiently educated me on my options, pros, and cons without being pushy, and was very communicative to any questions I asked. I really felt like everyone at this company was working with me rather than seeing me as just another sale. I had some time constraints in my life, and Steve and everyone made sure my floors were beautifully done when I needed. I would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.
Steve and his team were so great from start to finish redoing the flooring in an office in the basement. We had a lot of questions and changed our minds a few times on what we wanted to do, and they were so patient with us. Great customer service. The before and after is amazing - we're planning on using them again for our entire basement once we're ready!
The Floor Coverings International of West Denver were just perfect in every way! It was very convenient to see carpet samples brought to our home and we got expert advice and options. The installers were right on time and addressed all the details. I highly recommend them!
